Operator
This service is operated by Harish Gnanasekar, India. Questions about these terms can be sent to shriah@gmail.com.
The service
Card Track is an application for reviewing credit-card transaction information parsed from eligible Gmail messages. You are responsible for the account credentials, cards, and Gmail account you connect.
Your use of the service
You may use the service for lawful purposes and only with Gmail accounts and card information that you are authorised to use. Please keep your account credentials secure and do not use the service in a way that interferes with its security or availability. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or applicable law.
Gmail connection
When you connect Gmail, the application requests the Gmail read-only scope. This permits reading Gmail data for the app’s transaction parsing workflow; it does not grant permission to send, delete, or modify Gmail messages. Google and other service providers used by the app may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your decisions and data
The service may not identify every transaction and parsed information may be incomplete or incorrect. Check important information against your bank, card issuer, or original records. The service does not provide financial, tax, banking, or investment advice.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis and may change or be unavailable while it is maintained. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Harish Gnanasekar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. For any other claim, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
