GMAIL-BASED EXPENSE TRACKING

Turn card alerts into a spending record you can review.

Card Track finds eligible credit-card transaction emails and organises the details by amount, merchant, and card—so you can inspect your spending without piecing alerts together manually.

HOW IT WORKS

Move from setup to a useful spending view in three clear steps.

01 · CHOOSE CARDS

Add the supported cards whose alerts you want Card Track to recognise.

02 · CONNECT GMAIL

Grant read-only access when you are ready to find eligible transaction emails.

03 · SYNC AND REVIEW

Review parsed transactions, spending summaries, and anything that needs attention.

Privacy is part of the workflow

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect Gmail at any time, and Card Track does not use Gmail data for advertising.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Understand access and limitations before you connect an account.

Can Card Track change my Gmail messages?
No. Card Track requests the Gmail read-only scope, which does not allow it to send, modify, or delete messages.
Will every card transaction appear?
Not necessarily. Only eligible messages that match a configured card and working parser can be recorded, and parsed details can occasionally be incomplete or incorrect.
What happens when I disconnect Gmail?
Card Track removes the local OAuth-token record and attempts to revoke the connected Google token. Disconnecting does not itself delete your account or transaction data.
